 1 nonstick cooking spray
 ¼ cup packed brown sugar
 ¼ cup coconut flour
 ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
 2 tbsp margarine
 1 tsp ground cinammon
 ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 5 cups honey crisp apples
 2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
