You've had zucchini and yellow squash, but never like this! This fresh salad takes raw squash and marinades it in a tasty dressing to give a taste of summer in a dish. Squash, sweet red peppers, dill, and garlic mixed together makes a healthy and colorful salad.
Thinly slice or julienne summer squash, zucchini and red pepper.
Combine all ingredients and stir. Cover and refrigerate before serving to allow flavors to blend.
