Grilled Cajun Salmon

This Gilled Cajun Salmon recipe is full of flavor and spice. It's easy to cook on the grill and easy on your glucose levels.

  • Yields: 4 servings


1 Mix the salt, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, and paprika together.

2Cut the salmon into 2 ½ to 3-inch fillets then cover in olive oil. Generously sprinkle your spice mix over the salmon let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes.

3Place salmon skin side down on the grill. Grill over medium high heat for 8-10 minutes. Adjust this cooking time depending on your grill and the thickness of the salmon. If you have a meat thermometer, check for an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees.
