Drink your greens with this frosty Green Goddess Smoothie! Low in fruit sugars, this smoothie allows you to get comfortable with the taste of your vegetables while packing a healthy dose of antioxidants and high in vitamin C from the superfood spinach!

Jolly Green Goodness Smoothie

Smoothie
 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
 1 cup spinach or leafy greens of choice
 1/2 medium pear or apple
 1/2 cucumber
 zest and juice of one lemon
 1/2 inch ginger root or pinch of ground ginger optional
 1 cup ice optional
Optional add-ins (not all together!)*:
 1 tablespoon almond butter or other nut butter of choice
 1 date
 1 teaspoon flax/hemp/chia seeds
 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower frozen, this is a great sub for ice, to maintain a creamy texture while adding more nutrients
 1/2 cup zucchini diced
