Pesto Chicken Salad Wrap

Chicken Salad
 2 cups chicken cooked and cubed
 1/2 cup basil pesto ingredients below
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 1/3 cup celery chopped, about 2 ribs
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
Homemade Basil Pesto
 2 cups basil leaves
 2 teaspoons garlic minced
 1/4 cup olive oil
 3 tablespoons pecans toasted and cooled
Optional
 tomato sliced, optional
 avocado sliced, optional
 cucumber sliced, optional
 cheese for non-paleo, optional

Prepare homemade pesto by combining all the basil pesto ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Add chicken, pesto, mayonnaise, celery, salt, and pepper to medium bowl and stir until well combined.
