Springtime Dip

 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
