Tomato salad with basil and onions

 0.50 cup chopped fresh basil, plus more for garnish
 6 tbsp lemon juice
 4 tbsp olive oil
 4 tsp Dijon mustard
 0.50 tsp salt
 0.25 tsp ground pepper
 8 large firm multicolor heirloom tomatoes, sliced
 4 medium English cucumbers, thinly sliced
 1.33 cups crumbled feta cheese

Whisk basil, lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Arrange tomatoes and cucumbers in a serving dish. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with feta and top with basil, if desired.
