Tuna Steaks with Garlic Aioli

Tuna Steak

 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
 1/2 teaspoon salt (divided use)
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 4 4-ounce tuna steaks, rinsed and patted dry

Preheat the grill over high heat, or preheat the broiler.

Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt together in a small bowl and set aside.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and the pepper over the steaks. Coat the grill or broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Grill or broil the steaks 3 minutes on each side or until they are done as desired.

Serve the sauce alongside the steaks.
