My.USMED patient care portal allows you to easily get up-to-date information on your supplies.  Create an account to check the status of your order, easily place a reorder, or check delivery dates for your supplies.

If you have already registered an account on My.USMED.com, please follow these instructions to log in.

  1. Go to My.USMED.com
  2. Enter your Patient ID and password.
  3. Click the Log in button and you’re in!

 

If you have never used My.USMED.com, please follow these instructions to register for an account.

  1. Go to My.USMED.com/Account/Register
  2. Complete the registration form. *
  3. Click the Register button and your account will be created.
  4. Then navigate to My.USMED.com
  5. Enter your Patient ID and password.
  6. Click the Log in button and you're in!

 

* Note: To register a new account, you will need your US MED® Patient ID Number. Your Patient ID number is located at the top of the welcome email that you received after signing up for our services.

Having Trouble Logging In?

The most common issues with logging into the patient care portal are:

  1. Your account has not been registered into the patient care portal yet. To resolve, please follow these instructions.
  2. The information you entered does not match the information that we have in our system for your account. For instance, if the name we have in our system is Thomas Anderson Jr. but you only entered "Anderson" as your last name, you will receive an error message.
  3. Forgot your My.USMED.com patient portal password? First, confirm that you've created your portal account. If you have, but can't remember your password, you can reset your portal password here.
  4. Can't find your Patient ID? You can find your Patient ID (sometimes called Customer ID) in your US MED® welcome email, invoice, or packing slip.
