Make crusty turkey BLT style panini with tomatoes, lettuce and a smear of fat-free mayo. Try it as a surprising new use for those turkey leftovers!

  • Yields: 4 Sandwiches
Light Turkey Panini

Directions

1Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

2Heat grill and spray with cooking spray. Grill turkey cutlet for 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. When it is cool enough to handle, slice thinly.

3Just before serving, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top.
