- Go to My.USMED.com
- Enter your Member ID and password.
- Click the Log in button and you’re in!
Having Trouble Logging In?
The most common issues with logging into the member care portal are:
- Your account has not been registered into the member care portal yet. To resolve, please follow these instructions.
- The information you entered does not match the information that we have in our system for your account. For instance, if the name we have in our system is Thomas Anderson Jr. but you only entered "Anderson" as your last name, you will receive an error message.
- Forgot your My.USMED.com member portal password? First, confirm that you've created your portal account. If you have, but can't remember your password, you can reset your portal password here.
- Can't find your Member ID? You can find your Member ID (sometimes called Customer ID) in your US MED® welcome email, invoice, or packing slip.
