1. Are my supplies in stock?

We are well stocked and can fulfill your reordering needs. You can rest assured that you are supported by one of the largest DME suppliers in the nation with over 26 years of experience. We are committed to providing your supplies in a timely manner, in the safety and convenience of your home.

2. Can I reorder my supplies early, before my normal schedule?

Due to insurance requirements, we must wait until your refill date to ship your supplies. However, we are well stocked and do not foresee any issues fulfilling refill orders. If your refill date is approaching please place your reorder at Once your reorder has been processed, it will be automatically shipped to your home according to your refill schedule.

3. What are your business hours?

We continue to operate under regular business hours. US MED is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm ET and on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm ET.  We are closed on Sunday and national holidays.

4. How can I ensure that my diabetes treatment stays on track without going into my doctor’s office?

Regular physician visits are a critical part of managing your CGM and Insulin therapy and are a requirement of Medicare and insurance companies. With COVID-19 making in-office visits challenging, many physicians are turning to telemedicine services. Telemedicine allows doctors to use telephone or video conference to offer the same medical care as in-person office visits. Please call your doctor to learn more.

5. Do you carry face masks, gloves, or hand sanitizer?

No, these are not items that we carry.

6. I am not an existing customer. How do I sign up so I can have supplies shipped to my home?
