 1/2 cup avocado oil
 1/3 cup KNOW Better chocolate chips
 1/3 cup brown sugar substitute such as Swerve, or golden Lakanto
 1/3 cup granulated sugar substitute such as Swerve
 4 eggs room temperature
 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 1/3 cup coconut flour
 1 tsp vanilla
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/4 cup KNOW Better chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

In a microwavable bowl, add 1/3 cup chocolate chips and avocado oil.

Microwave in 15 seconds increments and stir until melted.

Add the sweeteners, eggs, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.

Mix in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

Spray a 9x9 pan well with coconut oil.

Pour batter into the pan and smooth surface.

Bake for around 20 minutes or until done.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Once cool, cut into 9 pieces for giant brownies or 36 pieces for brownie bites.
