Giant Brownies & Brownie Bites

1Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

2In a microwavable bowl, add 1/3 cup chocolate chips and avocado oil.

3Microwave in 15 seconds increments and stir until melted.

4Add the sweeteners, eggs, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.

5Mix in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

6Spray a 9x9 pan well with coconut oil.

7Pour batter into the pan and smooth surface.

8Bake for around 20 minutes or until done.

9Remove from oven and let cool.

10Once cool, cut into 9 pieces for giant brownies or 36 pieces for brownie bites.

Note: When cut into 36 brownie bites, each has 1g carb and 1g fiber.

4 eggs room temperature

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
