This Ginger Thai Chicken uses one of three marinades that go together easily for a weekend grill-up.

Combine all marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag.
Add chicken and let marinate several hours or overnight.
Remove chicken and discard marinade.
Grill until no longer pink in the center. Top with reserved chopped cilantro.
