 2 bags broccoli florets frozen
 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 1/2 tsp onion powder
 1 dash salt to taste
 1 dash pepper to taste

Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

Spread florets in a single layer across the baking sheet and spray lightly with non-stick spray. (Optional:Drizzle with EVOO, not included in nutritional information)
