Directions

1Preheat the grill over high heat, or preheat the broiler.

2Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt together in a small bowl and set aside.

3Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and the pepper over the steaks. Coat the grill or broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Grill or broil the steaks 3 minutes on each side or until they are done as desired.

4Serve the sauce alongside the steaks.
